I figured we could use a blog post to introduce a new product we are excited to share with everyone.

These gummies are federally legal and their legality is not under the same scrutiny as Delta8 THC (which we still continue to carry.)
The Hemp acts both state that hemp products are defined by having less than .3% of hemp derived Delta 9 THC. What this means is that if your flower started under .3% ∆9, you can extract that concentrate and as long as your end product is less than .3%, you have a legal, hemp derived product.
This is especially appreciated because MANY CBD products have the ∆9 THC completely removed. The companies don't just throw that THC away, they can add them to things like edibles.
Our new ∆9THC gummies come in two different strengths, 12mg and 25mg per gummy. Keep in mind that many ∆9THC gummies sold in legal states are only 10mg, so don't think that you need to eat more of these because they are somehow perceived as "weaker" because they most assuredly are NOT.
